Dondi
at Home
Currently I live in San Diego and
perform 5-10 shows a week, occasionally taking contracts overseas. I’m always
discovering new moves, strengths, weaknesses, inspirations and goals. My shows are 30-60
minutes long and my style changes depending on my shows and audiences. |
|

|
One night
I’ll be draped in tourbons and tattoos balancing my swords, the next night I’ll
slip on my crown and dance to a whole new rhythm in my dance heels.
I never felt like teaching was my
calling but I’ve received so many requests that I’ve started teaching classes
and coaching around the U.S. throughout the last year.

| I mostly look forward to the times
during the year when my sister and I perform overseas or at events like IAMED and
KISMET, or for singers like Amr Diab. Even though I never intended belly dance to be such a strong
focal point in my life, the ride has been truly exciting and I think I’ll stay on for
a while.
